Shipping Policy

Pre-order items are shipped by the date outlined in the product descriptions at the time of purchase. If a delay occurs, you will be contacted and notified of the new expected timeline for your order to ship. Your order will be shipped via UPS, DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 2 to 15 business days however, you may receive your items earlier or later depending on your location, country, customs times etc. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from one of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will ensure you receive your order as fast as possible. Due to high demand on our offers, please allow 1-2 weeks at max for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and all European Union Countries. Other countries can take an estimated 2-4 weeks (varies depending on product) due to international shipping and custom procedures.
